Downloadable Fanciful Garden Table Runner Pattern
Wouldn’t you love this sweet floral appliqué set to grace your table? Family meal time meal will be a charmed event when this table runner and a set of place mats adorn your dinner table! Fanciful Garden uses a freezer paper, turned edge appliqué technique. The appliqué on our sample quilt was done by machine using a small blanket stitch. You may choose other methods like fusible web or needle turn by hand. The templates that need to be are already reversed, you may want to make multiple freezer paper templates for the pieces that require you cut out larger amounts. We’ve included basic written instructions in this pattern but if you are fairly new to this method of appliqué, there are many video tutorials available on Youtube that give great demonstrations, or if you need to just brush up on your skills.
These fun dinner table accents are easy to make with simple to follow instructions.
Our samples were made with Harriet’s Handwork by Moda.
