FABRIC C (This fabric is directional) From the WOF (width of fabric), cut five strips 1 1/2 inches, sub-cut three pieces 1 1/2 x 32 1/2 inches, two pieces 1 1/2 x 34 1/2 inches. Border 2: Pieces needed:Fabric A, two 4 1/2 x 40 1/2 inch pieces, two 4 1/2 x 34 1/2 inches and two 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch pieces. Fabric L, four 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch squares for the corners. Sashing and Border 1: Start by sewing the 1 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch strips of Fabric C between each of the blocks as shown below in Figure 4a. Note the direction of the fabric and the placement of each animal and quilt block. When the rows are completed, take the three 1 1/2 x 32 1/2 inch pieces of Fabric C and sew them between each row. Sew together one 1 1/2 x 28 1/2 inch and one 1 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch piece. Repeat with the last two pieces of each and sew one to each side of the quilt center. Sew a 1 1/2 x 34 1/2 inch piece to the top and one to the bottom of the quilt center.

*All printed patterns with corrections will say REVISED OCTOBER 2021 on the pattern back.
Fabric I: C5 and C6 are actually I5 and I6 (that was an easy one).
Fabric G: Added part G3b, cut one 1 7/8 x 4 1/2 rectangle (bluejay) after cutting part G7 (was G3 in diagram of tail section) See figure 1a.
Change G8 to 1 1/2 x 4 inches.
Change G3 to cut one 2 x 4 1/2 inch rectangle.
Fabric M: Change M4 to 1 x 2 inches.
Fabric R: Change R1 to 2 5/8 x 2 5/8 inches.
Fabric P: Added part P16b (was P16 in diagram), cut one 2 5/8 x 2 5/8 inch square. This is the beak area of the Bluejay. See figure 1b.
Changed the dimensions/count of P33, cut four 1 7/8 x 1 7/8 inch squares. These parts are used for the Bluejay block.
P30 change to 2 1/2 x 5 inches.
P2 Change to 4 x 7 1/2 inches.

Step 5 for the Bluejay block REVISED:
Cut one (R1) and (P15) square in half on the diagonal. Select one triangle from each square and sew together as shown in Figure 5a. Press open then take the G5 square and lay it over the top, RST and draw your diagonal line on the square and use the sew and flip method to create this part.
Step 7: for Four Patch blocks......third bullet point....Ooops! We only need to cut NINE pairs for the block.
Tool diagram: Figure 10a, handle part should be J1.
Step 12: Border 1. All Border 1 strip measurements should say 2 1/2 inches wide, cutting directions are correct.
Border 2 REVISED: (We somehow got edit happy and deleted the Border 2 corner instructions!)
Added third bullet point: Take the four M1 Pieces and sew one to the end of each of the top and bottom borders.
